Podcast production for Ayush Wadhwa

I researched guests, reached out to them, and wrote interview questions. I worked with editors on short-form clips, learned YouTube SEO, and helped plan how each episode would reach people.

The work taught me how the pieces fit together: preparation changes the interview, the interview shapes the clips, and distribution affects who ever gets to see them.

I also learned the ordinary parts of working with a team: writing a useful email, explaining what an editor needs, and following through on a plan. I was figuring things out in real time, and I loved it.

During the engagement, the YouTube audience grew from 13k to 26k and Instagram from 35k to 250k. The project gave me the foundation I kept returning to in later content roles.
