I work on research, scripts, and creative direction. A useful health video has to explain the finding clearly, give the viewer a reason to care, and be careful about what the evidence supports.

That means reading medical papers, listening to scientific podcasts, and checking where a claim came from. A confident explanation is not enough if the research underneath it is weak.

I have learned to distinguish reliable research from pseudoscience and to balance useful information with sensitivity. The script also needs to work as a video, with a clear angle, relevant visuals, and language someone would actually say.

The Instagram account passed 30k followers and later reached 46k. My contribution is the research, writing, and creative direction.

It is work I enjoy doing carefully. It has made me a better researcher and brought more of my own interest in training into my writing.
