5aitec & Terminal
In early 2024, I ran two experimental channels to see how much of video production I could build around AI tools.

5aitec was a personal channel about AI, AR/VR, and emerging technology. Terminal by Flexiple was a brand channel for tech stories. Both used AI across ideation, scripting, voice, and video, with me deciding the structure and timing.
Terminal shut down a month after launch. A Llama 3 video on 5aitec crossed 1M views. My read is that the timing and tone helped, but the view count alone cannot tell me why it spread.
The Instacart explainer for Terminal was another useful experiment: take a complex product story and give it a short, understandable sequence.
These projects taught me how much editorial judgment still matters in an automated workflow. A generated voice or avatar cannot decide whether the explanation is accurate or whether the story has reached its ending.

- ChatGPT and Claude for writing and outlining.
- ElevenLabs for voiceovers.
- HeyGen for AI avatars and video generation.
