Situation
5aitec was a personal channel on AI, AR/VR and emerging tech. Terminal by Flexiple was a brand channel for tech stories. The experiment: how much of video production could run on AI tools.
What I did
- Used AI for ideation, scripting, voice and video. I decided structure and timing.
- Stack: ChatGPT and Claude for writing and outlining, ElevenLabs for voice, HeyGen for avatars and video.
- Turned the Instacart story into a short explainer for Terminal.
What changed
- A 5aitec Llama 3 video crossed 1M views. Timing and tone helped, but the view count alone does not say why it spread.
- Terminal shut down a month after launch.
